Informative pursuant to and in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree of  30 June 2003, no. 196

1. Preamble

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code   – (hereafter referred to as   "Code"), Adler S.r.l., as “Data controller”, must provide you with information pertaining to the use of your personal data.

2. Personal data source

Personal data collected are the same you directly provide us at moment of registration.

3. Data processing purpose

Your personal data are processed for the purposes connected and/or indirectly connected to the performance of Adler S.r.l. activities and to the management of the relations set up with the Customers/Suppliers/Users, as well as for complying with statutory obligations provided for by laws, regulations, Community laws, measures enforced by legitimised Authorities and by vigilance and control bodies.

Customers/Suppliers/Website users are always entitled to express or deny their consent as pertains processing for information, commercial, market research and service offer purposes.  However, it must be specified that for such purpose, Adler S.r.l. do not preclude the possibility of forwarding information and/or promotional material, also via e-mail.

4. Data processing procedure

In relation to the aims illustrated above, personal data processing is mainly automated and will be carried out to guarantee safety and confidentiality of the same.

Fulfilment of personal obligations necessarily implies that the personal data provided by the Customers/Suppliers/Website users are accessible to the staff entrusted with operative and sales tasks.

5. Optional nature of data submission

Personal data pertaining to Customers/Suppliers/Website users are essential for setting up and continuing the relationship.   Submission by entities that intend setting up a commercial relationship with our company, even only for exclusively requesting information on our activities/services, is deemed optional, yet non-submission, or refusal to authorise personal data processing, implies it will be objectively impossible for Adler S.r.l to set up and carry out the contractual obligations assumed towards them.   Data are stored at our company operative premises, for the period provided for by civil and tax laws.

6. Disclosure and diffusion ambit

Your non-sensitive personal data can be disclosed to third parties in order to fulfil contractual or legal obligations.

8. Rights of the interested party

We finally inform you that, according to data protection legislation, the interested parties are entitled to exercise, at any time and towards the data controller, specific rights, as per art. 7 of  Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 , which we  quote below  for your reference:

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The interested party is entitled to obtain the confirmation of the existence or nonexistence   of personal details which concern him/her, even if not yet registered, as well as to obtain disclosure of the same in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party is entitled to obtain information involving:

a) the origin of personal data;

b) processing purposes and  procedures;

c) the logic applied in the event of  electronic processing;

d) personal details of the data controller, of the persons in charge and of the representative appointed in accordance with article  5, paragraph 2;

e) the entities, or categories of entities, to whom personal data can be disclosed or that can gain knowledge of the same as representatives appointed within the national boundaries, as persons in charge or as officers. 

3. The interested party is entitled to obtain:

a) data updating and  alteration as well as, if requested, integration;

b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law; including those not subject to storage connected to the purposes for which the same were collected or subsequently processed.

c) certification stating that the operations as per letters  a) and b) were brought to the knowledge , also as far as their content is concerned, of those people with whom the data were shared , except in the case such fulfilment is impossible or implies the use  of means which are clearly not  proportioned to the right to be protected.

4. The interested party  has the right to partly or fully oppose:

a)  the processing of his/her personal data  for legitimate reasons, even in the event they serve the purpose for which they were collected;

b) to the processing of personal data pertaining to him/her, when carried out for forwarding advertising materials involving direct sales, for carrying out market surveys or sales communications.
